1. Where We Ship
At this time, we fulfill orders exclusively to customers in the United States.
2. Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship using a network of trusted carriers, including UPS, DHL, and Amazon Shipping, to get your Courage Powder to you as fast as possible.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days from the date your order is processed.

Exceptions: Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
3. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Outgoing Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee may apply.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for its safe delivery transfers to the shipping provider.
The Outgoing Co. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

In the event of a missing package: We will assist you by providing all necessary tracking information and proof of shipment to help you file a claim with the carrier. However, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier or lost within their network.
5. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product, we want to make it right immediately.
